Metabolic Mastery Program: On a personal level, I live by this program and/or slight variations of it. It is not a quick fix, fad diet. It's a way of life. I would recommend following this program as long as you can. Results will vary depending on your starting weight.
A 20 pound weight loss is typical in the first three months, if fully committed. Remember, you can't achieve 100% of the results by doing 80% of the work.
1-on-1 Coaching: Some of our clients work have worked with us for years. Others only need a couple of sessions. It depends on your level of commitment and ability to hold yourself accountable.
