The Metabolic Training Programs are for someone who's unsure about where to start with their workouts and wants a reliable step-by-step system. From having little gym experience to having worked out for a few years, this program is for you.
I have personally taken my clients of all exercise experience through similar programs. This is a formula that I have used for years any my clients have seen incredible improvements that support their fat loss goals.

Who should NOT buy The Metabolic Training Programs?
These fat loss workout programs are NOT for you:
- if you want a quick fix. Though exercise can be helpful for fat loss, creating meaningful nutrition and lifestyle changes is critical -
- if you're an expert with exercise and lifting weights -
- if you can't make time to exercise for 30-45 minutes, three to four times a week -
- if you're not in the right headspace to make actionable lifestyle changes -

Is this program suitable for all fitness levels?
The Metabolic Training Series is catered toward those who have little exercise experience or for those who  are just getting back into a routine.
If you've taken a break, but have a history of weight lifting and resistance training, you will still see great benefits.Â
If you are an expert weight lifter, this program is not for you.
Can I do these workouts at home or do I need access to a gym?
You'll need access to a gym to participate in the Metabolic Training Series
How long will each workout take?
Each workout should take 30-45 minutes. If the gym is crowded, it may take longer. These workouts are designed to be less than 60 minutes.
How many days a week will I be working out?
There will be three workouts each week.
Can I have flexibility on which days I work out?
Yes, you can be flexible. It would be ideal to have rest days in between the workouts, but if you're week won't allow it, that's okay. As long as you're getting in three days each week, you should be great.
Do these workouts include cardio?
The Metabolic Training Series does not include cardio. If you are able to walk regularly throughout the day, that should be adequate. Getting 10,000 steps each day is a great goal to have.
